Manufacturing Process



Fruit Up® is a natural sweetener extracted entirely from fruits, through complete physical production processes.

The raw material - consisting of pure fruits – is extracted, clarified
and refined, before being concentrated. Blending different varieties is the basis for the fruit sweeteners' well-balanced sugar spectrum.

Gentle pasteurization guarantees microbiological safety. Providing
Fruit Up® in tank trucks or steel containers is the final step in the manufacturing process.

No chemicals or other additives are used in the process. Contrary
to the production of competitive sweetening systems, WILD uses no enzymatic treatment when producing Fruit Up®. Thus, the fruits weetener is a natural product that has not been modified chemically in its composition.
